A. Sales By Invoice

  • Purpose: Detailed chronological list of all sales transactions, including standard invoices, export invoices, and debit/credit notes.
  • Best For: Tax Audits and GST Reconciliation. It includes IRN (E-Invoice) and E-Way Bill status.
  • Key Data: Taxable Amount, CGST/SGST/IGST, TCS, Freight, Round-off, and Net Total.

B. Sales By Product

  • Purpose: Breaks down sales data by individual items and product categories.
  • Best For: Inventory Strategy and Sales Target Planning. It helps identify which categories (Raw Material, Finished Goods, etc.) are driving growth.
  • Key Data: Item-wise Qty, Basic Amount, Item Category, and Product Line.

C. Receipt Against Invoice

  • Purpose: Connects sales invoices with corresponding payment vouchers.
  • Best For: Credit Control and Cash Flow Analysis.
  • Key Data: Received Days vs. Credit Days, Cheque/Voucher details, and payment delays per invoice.

D. Month-Wise Summary

  • Purpose: Consolidates sales performance into monthly buckets.
  • Best For: Trend Analysis and Year-over-Year (YoY) Growth tracking.
  • Key Data: Monthly aggregate of Basic Amount, Taxes, and Net Sales.

E. Freight Vendor Details

  • Purpose: Analyzes the logistics aspect of sales.
  • Best For: Logistics Audit and verifying transporter bills.
  • Key Data: Transporter Name, Vehicle No, LR No, and Carrier Charges associated with each invoice.

F. Outstanding In Alternative Currency

  • Purpose: Tracks unpaid export invoices in their original foreign currency (USD, EUR, etc.).
  • Best For: Foreign Exchange (Forex) Management.
  • Key Data: FCNR Amount, Exchange Rate, and Outstanding balance in foreign currency.

G. Sales Rejection

  • Purpose: Analyzes goods returned by customers (Sales Returns).
  • Best For: Quality Assurance and identifying repetitive product defects.
  • Key Data: Warranty Status (Ok/Not Ok), Rejection Reason, Batch Code, and Return Qty.
