From purchase bills to Customer LRs, every document is linked to its relevant transaction, making document tracking and auditing faster and easier.
📁 Supported Document Types
After activation, users can upload and manage the following document types for any number of years, based on their selected plan:
- 📌 Customer POs
- 📌 Invoice LRs
- 📌 Vouchers
- 📌 Purchase Bills
- 📌 Purchase Indent
- 📌 Advance License
- 📌 E-Vault
These uploads are directly linked to transactions and available anytime.

⚠️ To enable the Electronic Document Warehouse, you need to activate Document Warehouse Plan.
Please contact ERP Crystal Support to activate this feature for your account.
Once enabled, the upload options will be visible in the respective transaction forms.
