Data Migration Details

To ensure a smooth transition

• All data from April 1, 2018, onward will be transferred to ERP Crystal Symphony.
• Data before April 1, 2018, will not be migrated. Users may download and save older reports before the transition.

🛠️ Getting Started with ERP Crystal Symphony

Step 1: Register Your Account

1. Visit the ERP Crystal Symphony Login Page – Click on “Sign Up” below the login form.
2. Verify Your Email – Enter your email, click “Send verification code,” and input the code received.
3. Create Your Username – Use the format username_accountname (e.g., john_mycompany) in lowercase.
4. Set a Secure Password – Choose a strong password and confirm it.
5. Complete Registration – Review your details and click “Create” to finalize your account.

🔒 Security: Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

To enhance security, users can enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) using either Google Authenticator or Email Authentication.

Using Google Authenticator

1. Install an Authenticator App – Download Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.
2. Scan the QR Code – Go to the 2FA setup page in ERP Crystal Symphony and scan the provided QR code.
3. Verify Setup – Enter the 6-digit code from the authenticator app to confirm activation.

Using Email Authentication

1. On the Two-Factor Authentication page, you will find a button for Authentication Using Email.
2. A 6-digit OTP will be sent to the user’s registered email.
3. Enter the OTP to complete the authentication process.

📌 Sessions will be valid for 6 hours after authentication.

💻 System Requirements

Ensure your system meets the following requirements for optimal performance:

• Stable Internet Connection – Required for seamless access.
• Up-to-Date Web Browser – Use the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge for security and performance.
• Valid User Credentials – Ensure secure access to your business data.

🔄 ERP One Core Will be Retired

• ERP One Core will be available as backup system till April 30, 2025 and will be retired thereafter.
