Invoice Collection Status
The Invoice Collection Status module enables users to create, view, and manage the collection status of invoices. It is designed to provide clarity and control over receivables, ensuring accurate tracking of payment statuses and helping teams streamline follow-ups.
This functionality is divided into two main components:
- Invoice Collection Status (Transactional)
- Collection Status Master (Master Data)
Module Features

Collection Status Master (Master Data)
The Collection Status Master defines the set of possible statuses (e.g., Pending, Paid, Disputed) that can be used in invoice entries.
Purpose:
To centrally manage the list of valid invoice collection statuses across the system.
Key Functions:
- Index: Display the full list of collection statuses in a tabular format.
- Create: Add a new status code and name for use in the transactional module.
- Edit: Modify the name or code of an existing status.
- Delete: Remove statuses not in use. If a status is associated with active records, deletion is restricted.
